The Campus vision for the enforcement a is one in which it is the shared responsibility of all those in the campus community. Individuals are encouraged to respectfully inform others about the change in an ongoing effort to support individuals to be tobacco free, improve individual health and encourage a culture of compliance.

Does The Campus offer any cessation or stop-smoking programs or support?
While the Campus its self does not offer specific programs we are able to access this support for our campus. Students have full access to our On Call Health Workers who will be able to provide information on cessation and resources available.  Additionally we would encourage students or staff to contact the Tobacco Reduction Coordinator from Northern Region Health at www.northernhealthregion.ca

Phone: 204-681-3143 Ext. 30537  Fax: 204-687-8602 about programs and products that can assist people to stop tobacco use.  In conjunction with this we will be offering a lunch and learn program in the fall of 2016.
